CIVILIAN COURT-MARTIAL DEFENSE LAWYERS: Retired Military Non-Commissioned Officer Successfully Corrects his Military Records and Receives Earned Benefits

Recently, a retired military non-commissioned officer and combat veteran had his military records corrected and was awarded benefits he had earned by his service.  The client was represented and defended by military law attorney Richard V. Stevens (Military Defense Law Offices of Richard V. Stevens, P.C.).

The military client served in combat in the Middle East and retired, but his records did not appropriately reflect his service, which impacted the benefits he was entitled to for his service.  Attorney Stevens assisted the client in preparing and submitting various administrative appeal packages which resulted in his records being corrected and the benefits being awarded. 

Due to the nature of administrative actions in the military, no further details about this case can be released.  While the defense was successful in this case, it is important to understand that every case has different facts, and success in some previous case(s) does not guarantee success in any particular future case.  No military lawyer or civilian defense lawyer, including those who specialize in military law, can guarantee the outcome of any military case.
