Reported Decreases in Formal Military Disciplinary Actions Over the Years



CIVILIAN COURT-MARTIAL DEFENSE LAWYER (Military Defense Lawyer) NEWS:

According to this Air Force Times story, the numbers of formal disciplinary actions across the service branches, including courts-martial, have decreased over the years - leading to speculation about what this means.  As I have mentioned in previous blog posts, those with agendas nearly always point to stories like this to argue the alleged "deficiencies" of the military justice system.  What was it that Mark Twain said about statistics?...
