Company Grade Military Officer Represented by Attorney Richard V. Stevens Promoted to Field Grade Despite Previous Adverse Actions

Recently, a company grade military officer represented by military law attorney Richard V. Stevens (Military Defense Law Offices of Richard V. Stevens, P.C.) was promoted to field grade despite previous military adverse actions.

Due to the nature of the administrative adverse actions faced by this officer, details cannot be provided. However, the officer received military disciplinary action and a referred performance report that were rebutted by attorney Richard V. Stevens and, subsequently, the officer was promoted to field grade.
