Disciplinary Action Dropped for Military Officer Defended by Attorney Richard V. Stevens
-
Recently, a field grade military officer who was served with a military disciplinary action had that action dropped in favor of an alternative resolution. The accused officer was defended by military law attorney Richard V. Stevens (Military Defense Law Offices of Richard V. Stevens, P.C.).

Due to the administrative nature of this military disciplinary action, details of the case will not be described. The claims alleged in the action were aggressively defended against and the action was dropped shortly thereafter, in favor of an alternative resolution.

While this military case was successfully defended, it is important to understand that every case has different facts, and success in previous cases does not guarantee success in any particular future case. No military lawyer or civilian defense lawyer, including those who specialize in military law, can guarantee the outcome of any military case.
